1. In Safari, show the Favorites Bar: View → Show Favorites Bar (⇧⌘B).
2. Add the button: drag ＋ Send to directory below onto the Favorites Bar. If Safari won't take the drop, click Copy code, bookmark any page, then open Bookmarks → Edit Bookmarks and paste the code in as that bookmark's address.
3. On an artist's portfolio or Instagram, click the bookmark — the directory opens in a new tab with the Add Artist form already filled in (name, website, portrait image, and any text you'd selected as notes).
4. Add the city, pick a Type and any tags, and hit Save. That's it. (If a click ever seems to do nothing, the copy is also on your clipboard as backup — just press ⌘V on the directory.)

Already wired to your live site (jax-directory.netlify.app), so it's one-click by default. The address above only needs changing if you ever move hosts. Each teammate installs the button once in their own Safari — then clips land in the shared roster.

Connect a free Supabase database so your whole team shares one roster. Each person still keeps their own Collect list and Favs — only the artist records are shared. Works best when the page is hosted at a URL (local files can’t open realtime connections).

1. At supabase.com, create a free project.
2. Open SQL Editor, paste the code below, and run it.
3. In Project Settings → API, copy the Project URL and the anon public key into the fields below.

The anon key is safe to use here — it’s meant for browsers and is limited by the access rule above. Anyone you share the URL + key with can view and edit the roster, so keep them within your team.
